Ugandan Women Having Fun ~ VISA FIVB Beach Volleyball International
LONDON, UK ~ It’s not often that you find Ugandan women deeply engrossed in a sports event as players, but in London there are a couple of Ugandan Women participating in this year’s LOCOG Test Events for London 2012 – VISA FIVB Beach Volleyball International.
Josephine Nammanda and Alice Gitta Okecho joined in the fun and displayed an array of skills. From the photos taken by Scott Heavey, you can tell that these ladies meant serious business. All we can say is that thank you for representing Uganda.
You give Ugandan women something to smile about, even those without the courage to jump into a match against our counterparts in the UK.
