Dear Fellow Ugandans,

On behalf of the Mugisha family,

Ms. Ruth Kobusingye and myself, would like to extend our sincere thanks to all those who answered the call to help return our dear friend Kathryn Mugisha to her final resting place in Mbarara, Uganda.

Because of your monetary contributions and prayers, Kathy was returned to Uganda and laid to rest on Monday, 4/23/12 in the presence of her family and so many friends who traveled from far to bid her farewell.

Thank you so much to each and every one of you who rallied around our cause. Thanks to Karibu restaurant, the Ladies and Gentlemen who served us with delicious foods and drinks- you fed us very well!!.

We would also like to extend a special thanks to the Clergy/Pastors from the Mega Ugandan Churches in Massachusetts who took time out of their busy schedules and showed up to pray for the families and friends as well as monetary contributions from their respective congregations. They all reminded us to connect with our own churches, mosques or any worship centers led by Ugandans so we can continue to stay connected and support our “our own” according to the cultures instilled in us from our motherland. They are as follows:

Pastor Kasozi – Victory Church – Mass.
Pastor Mutyaba – New Life Church International – Mass
Pastor Katende – Global Evangelical Church- Mass
Rev. Tusubira – St. Peters Anglican Church of Uganda -Mass

The Mugisha family is overwhelmed by your generosity — but we are not surprised! We have the best Community, Leaders and friends in the World!

May the good Lord continue to bless you always.

Ms. Ruth UURTMO Kobusingye and Peace Seninde
