Breaking News — President Yoweri Museveni Thursday made changes to his cabinet, moving Army Chief Gen Aronda Nyakairima as Internal Affairs minister. In other changes, Mary Karooro Okurut moves to the Gender Ministry as John Nasasira goes to ICT while Ruhakana Rugunda moves to the Ministry of Health. Former Health Minister Odoa becomes a  Presidential Advisor on Health. Rose Namayanja takes over as the New Minister of Information and National Guidance replacing Mary Okurut. General Katumba Wamala new Chief of Defence Forces.
