MIT africa

Ladies & Gentlemen,

We are proud to present the 5th annual MIT Africa Innovate Conference, to be held on the 3rd and 4th of April 2015 at the MIT Media Lab.

Africa Innovate is an intimate showcase of the latest ideas and innovations in entrepreneurship, finance, healthcare, energy and education. In addition to our panels, our esteemed Keynotes reflect on how they have made their contribution to the continents development. Our Vision Talks allow select guests to share ideas they want you to be a part of developing. Finally, our 2015 Business Plan Competition give young upstarts the opportunity to present their ideas to movers and shakers and walk away with funds to take their vision for Africa to the next level.

Past speakers at MIT Africa Business Club events have included Mr. Makhtar Diop (VP of Africa Region, World Bank Group), Ms. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala (Minister of Finance/Economy, Nigeria), Ms. Genevieve Sangudi (MD Africa Fund, Carlyle Group), Mr. Ben Murray Bruce (CEO of Silverbird Group) and former UN Secretary General Kofi Annan.

If you have an interest in understanding the emerging ideas shaping Africa’s future, please attend the event. Tickets are on sale NOW!.

Finally if you have something you would like to contribute to the conference event, we want to hear from you. Email us at: africabcofficers@sloan.mit.edu

We look forward to seeing you there!
