EACC | Don’t Miss The 7th Annual East African Chamber of Commerce Summit In Dallas, Texas 14th – 17th October 2015




EACC — Formed to advance the social and economic development relationship between businesses and governmental agencies of East Africa and the U.S,  The Dallas East African Chamber of Commerce will host its 7th annual business summit at the Dallas Hyatt North Regency hotel in Richardson, Texas from the 14th to the 17th October 2015.

With a mission and vision to economically empower and sustain member communities through entrepreneurship, consulting and promoting trade opportunities in both U.S and E.A,  The chamber is quickly making its name among Diaspora progressive associations that out empower the East African Diaspora Communities.


In its 7th year the Dallas EA chamber will meet under the theme “Powering America – Africa Collaboration” The summit this year will also attract US government agencies, Dallas State and local chamber representatives, diaspora based business owners, East African Businesses, American companies looking to do business in Africa and financial services/money transfer businesses targeting the Diaspora capital.

There will also be a special women only reception held on October 15 at the Hyatt North Regency hotel. This will also be attended by notable women among whom will Dr. Maggie Kigozi from Uganda and Ambassadors from the East African Region. This private event dubbed “Connecting Women”  will be hosted by Beth Plumlee a EACC trustee. The chamber looks forward to welcome all Africans especially those from the EACC member States —  Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania, Somalia, Ethiopia and South Sudan.
