The Views by Graeystone is the first high-end gated residential development to be built in Muyenga. Off Plan Sales:

We are also offering unbuilt units for sale off plan with a flexible payment plan.  We will require a 20% deposit (conditionally and proportionally refundable) with the rest of the payments tied to building and delivery milestones across 6-12 months.

Progress and Completion:

Progress: Currently, 5 out of the 7 Townhouse Units have been built with landscaping done in the lower estate.

Work is planned to commence for the swimming pool and the apartment block in February/March 2016.

Completion of the entire development is targeted for the end of October 2016.
