Hamza Rokon Muwanguzi, is a Toronto Promoter and CEO of New LeveL Entertainment which started in 2007. Nominated for Radio Kilimanjaro Best Promoter 2017 as part of the promotion for the ALL AFRICAN FEST he hosted acts like TEKNO, SAUTI SOL, FRANKO.

His signature event is Toronto’s most successful summer Event, The All African All White Boat Cruise now in its 10th year the event brings all Africans in Toronto together. Other big name artists he has promoted over the years include Awilo Longomba, Bebe Cool , Jose Chameleon, Iryn Namubiru, Ragga Dee and Comedian Ann Kansiime.

As a club promoter Hamza runs the African Nights in main stream Toronto clubs from The Guvernment (Surface), On the Rox , La Rumba , Remix Lounge. Now running a Regular Night at Kiza Lounge Hamza will coordinate the Uganda Canadian Convention entertainment assisted by Zink Kinene.
