By Ronnie Mayanja | Dispatch from Uganda ~ Here are some photos from the Uganda Presidential elections in which Museveni has a commanding lead with 68.71% of the Votes Counted. Museveni has 4,273,072 VOTES. Besigye 25.38%, with 1,578,618 VOTES. Polling Stations Counted 1,8725 out of 23,968 Polling Stations. Results are from NTV election analysis and Election Commission returns.
