Invisible Children Planned Town Hall Meet – Cancelled

Posted March 26, 2012 by Ugandan Diaspora News Team in News ~ 2,712 views

Because Invisible Children wants to engage Ugandan and Central African diaspora members in the most constructive format possible we are postponing our scheduled meeting for Saturday March 31st to a later date to be determined.
We have a strong desire to engage diaspora members on important issues relating to the LRA crisis, but we want to ensure it is done appropriately and with maximum involvement. Because of conflicting events planned by other members of the diaspora on the same day, we’ve decided to postpone the meeting to a later date which will give more time for people to plan their involvement in the meeting and will allow for a more constructive meeting.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and I look forward to future discussions.
Thank you
Sean Poole
