Breaking News — The Uganda electoral Commission has declared Hon. Kassiano Ezati Wadri duly elected member of Parliament for Arua municipality in a hotly contested race. Electoral Commission results of the top four candidates – Kassiano 6421 votes, Tiperu 4798 votes, Ejiku 2694 votes, Musema 1369 votes.

Kassiano Ezati Wadri (born 29 September 1957) is a Ugandan social worker and politician. He is the former Member of Parliament for Terego County, Arua District, and is a member of FDC, the main opposition party in Uganda.

He served in the 7th, 8th and 9th Parliaments of Uganda as the opposition chief whip, the chairperson of the Committee on Government Assurances and as a member of the Committee on Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries and the Business Committee.
