Jasmine Courts Apartments in Najjera is an award winning residential development project by Internationally acclaimed Property Developers, Fakhruddin Properties. This Award was presented by International Property Awards in the AFRICAN PROPERTY AWARDS Show 2019/2020.

The Group was chosen on merit due to their modern design, quality and affordability. New projects were officially inaugurated on August 14th, 2020 in the presence of the State Minister for Housing Hon. Dr. Chris Baryomunsi.  

At the inauguration, The Chairman of Fakhruddin Holdings UAE, Mr. Husain Fakhruddin expressed his gratitude to the Ugandan Community for embracing the condominium way of living. The CEO, Mr. Yusuf Fakhruddin also added that Jasmine Courts is another step towards fulfilling the company’s mission of providing affordable housing to all. “Our dream is that every Ugandan will be able to own their home and develop modern affordable homes,” said Mr. Haidry the Sales and Marketing Director at Fakhruddin Properties Uganda.

This dream includes the Ugandans living in diaspora who are our clients too. The dream is on its way to reality basing on the company’s current running projects such as Lily Heights in Naalya, Bella Rosa in Kira, Lotus Vicinia and Iris Gardenia in Najjera among others. “With the projects in place the company aims at helping to solve the government’s shortfall in the affordable housing space.

Mr. Shabbir the Director of Finance & Operations at Fakhruddin Properties says the dream of every Ugandan owning a home has also been enhanced through the company’s relationship with banks such as Housing Finance, Stanbic Bank, Bank of Africa that provide mortgages to qualifying Ugandans here and in the diaspora to make their dream come true.
